Qualifications

• 2–5 years hands-on Workday Integration development experience with at least two listed technologies.
• Contributing to multiple Workday HCM and/or Financials implementations; support for at least two project phases.
• Strong understanding of integration design principles and data flows between Workday and external systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead project or work-stream activities with heavy client interaction and oversight.
• Manage project tasks, data analysis, and build client-ready presentations.
• Mentor Analysts and Coachees to develop team capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and adoption.
