Huron is a global consultancy helping clients drive strategic growth and transformation. Senior Associates lead client-facing projects, manage work-streams, and perform intensive data analysis to derive actionable insights.

You will mentor Analysts and Coachees while delivering high-impact presentations to leadership audiences. The role emphasizes Workday expertise, strong communication, and the ability to manage deadlines across diverse engagements.

Qualifications

• Workday certification in HCM Time Tracking and Absence Management.
• 2–4 years project implementation and/or minimum of 2 full life cycles.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines, make decisions, learn quickly, and self-manage.
• Proficient in Workday Methodology.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). Ability to communicate impactfully and to present at conferences or a leadership audience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time when needed.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in mentoring others.
• Aspiration to learn, train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing project or work-stream leadership activities with a heavy focus on client interaction, project management, and data analysis.
