Job summary

Huron Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to deliver project work streams, manage work plans, and conduct analytics and client presentations. You will collaborate with client staff and leadership while mentoring junior staff to promote growth.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of project implementation or two full life cycles, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to 50% as needed. A related Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years project implementation and/or minimum of 2 full life cycle experience.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines, make decisions, learn quickly, and self‑manage.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time when needed.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project work streams, manage work plans and timelines.
