Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Configuration Professional to act as a Workday Talent and Performance expert, partnering with HR, Talent, and IT to design, configure, test, implement, and support scalable HR solutions.

The role translates business needs into sustainable Workday configurations and drives best practices across the enterprise. As a functional owner for Talent and Performance workstreams, you will lead requirements, design, and governance activities, while collaborating with

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions.
Experience supporting production systems in fast-paced environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
Experience gathering requirements and translating them into scalable Workday configurations.
Experience configuring and maintaining Workday business processes, notifications, and security.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering, solution design, impact assessments, and configuration activities.
Partner with IT and integration teams on design, development, testing, and implementation.
Support governance activities including release management, testing, and documentation.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and Tier 3 support for complex issues.
Develop expertise in Talent and Performance areas within Workday.
