Humana Inc. seeks a Senior Configuration Professional who partners with HR, Talent, Performance, Technology, and other stakeholders to design, configure, test, implement, and support scalable Workday solutions that align with business goals and enhance the associate experience.

As a functional owner for Talent and Performance workstreams, you will lead requirements gathering, solution design, and governance, while ensuring release management, testing, and optimization across HR technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, business administration, CS or related field.
• 5+ years configuring and supporting HR tech, including 3+ years Workday config.
• Experience configuring Workday Talent & Performance: PM, Goals, Feedback, Talent Reviews, Succession, Skills.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating to scalable Workday solutions.
• Experience maintaining Workday business processes, rules, notifications, security.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and translation into Workday configurations.
• Design, test, implement, and support scalable Workday Talent & Performance solutions.
• Partner with IT, integration, and governance teams on releases, testing, and optimization.
• Provide Tier 3 support and drive continuous improvement for HR technologies.
