Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Configuration Professional who is a Workday Talent and Performance expert, partnering with HR, Talent, Performance, and Technology to implement scalable Workday configurations and optimize the associate experience.

You will translate business needs into sustainable solutions, guide Workday capabilities, and ensure governance and enterprise alignment. The role focuses on talent management areas like performance, goals, feedback, talent reviews, and succession

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, business administration, CS, or related field.
5+ years configuring and supporting HR technology solutions, including 3+ years Workday configuration.
Experience configuring Workday Talent and Performance modules (Performance Management, Goals, Feedback, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Skills).
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable Workday solutions.
Experience configuring and maintaining Workday business processes, rules, notifications, security, and related components.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering, solution design, impact assessments and configuration activities.
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand cross-functional impacts and support enterprise initiatives.
Collaborate with IT and integration teams on design, development, testing and implementation.
Support governance activities including release management, testing, documentation, and change control.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and Tier 3 support and drive continuous improvement for Workday HR technologies.
