Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Configuration Professional to act as a Workday Talent and Performance functional expert.

You will partner with HR, Talent, Performance, Technology, and other stakeholders to design, configure, test, implement, and support scalable Workday solutions aligned with business goals and enterprise standards. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience configuring and supporting HR technology solutions, including at least 3 years of hands-on Workday configuration.
• Experience configuring Workday Talent and Performance functionality, including Performance Management, Goals, Feedback, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Skills.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable Workday solutions.
• Experience configuring and maintaining Workday business processes, condition rules, notifications, security considerations, and related framework components.
• Experience supporting testing activities, including unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production validation, while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive process improvements and technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and impact assessments for Workday Talent and Performance.
• Coordinate configuration activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand cross-functional impacts.
• Design, develop, test, and implement Workday configurations in alignment with governance and enterprise standards.
