Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Workday Configurator, Talent, for a fully remote US-based position. You will serve as a functional expert across performance management, goals, feedback, talent reviews, succession planning, and skills, translating complex business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.

The role includes hands-on configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform optimization, with autonomy as an independent contributor in a large HR tech environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, Business Admin, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years in HR technology; 3+ years Workday configuration experience.
• Experience configuring Workday Talent and Performance (Performance mgmt, goals, feedback, talent reviews, succession, skills).
• Experience gathering requirements and translating to scalable Workday solutions.
• Hands-on experience configuring Workday business processes, rules, notifications, security, and framework components.
• Experience with full testing lifecycle (unit, SIT, UAT, production validation).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as senior functional expert for Workday Talent and Performance.
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Design, configure, test, implement, and support Workday Talent and Performance features.
• Configure Workday business processes, rules, notifications, and security.
• Lead solution design, impact assessments, configuration, and cross-functional analysis.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.
