Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, IS, business, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years configuring and supporting HR technology solutions with at least 3 years Workday configuration.
• Experience configuring Workday Talent and Performance: PM, Goals, Feedback, Talent Reviews, Succession, Skills.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable Workday solutions.
• Experience configuring Workday business processes, security, and notifications.
• Experience supporting testing activities (UNIT, SIT, UAT) with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and solution design for Workday Talent & Performance.
• Configure, test, implement, and support scalable Workday solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and integration teams on design and deployment.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and Tier 3 support.
• Ensure governance, release management, and documentation alignment.
