Job summary
Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Configuration Professional to design, configure, test, implement and support scalable Workday Talent and Performance solutions across the HR domain.
You will partner with HR, Talent, Performance, Technology and business stakeholders to align with enterprise standards and governance. As a functional owner, you will drive requirements, assess new Workday capabilities, lead cross‑functional initiatives, and deliver optimized processes that enhance the associate
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, business or related field.
- 5+ years configuring and supporting HR tech solutions with at least 3 years Workday config.
- Experience configuring Workday Talent & Performance modules.
- Experience translating business needs into scalable Workday solutions.
- Experience configuring Workday business processes, rules and security.
- Experience supporting testing activities (UNIT, SIT, UAT) and production validation.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and solution design for Talent and Performance workstreams.
- Configure and maintain Workday business processes, rules, and security.
- Partner with IT and integration teams on design, development, testing and deployment.
- Provide advanced trouble-shooting and 3rd level support for complex issues.
- Drive continuous improvements and governance for HR Workday configurations.
