Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR/IS/Business
5+ years configuring and supporting HR technology solutions, incl. 3+ years Workday configuration
Experience configuring Workday Talent & Performance: Performance, Goals, Feedback, Talent Reviews, Succession, Skills
Experience gathering requirements and translating to scalable Workday solutions
Experience configuring Workday business processes, security, notifications, and related components
Experience testing: unit SIT, UAT, production validation with cross-functional stakeholders

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering, solution design, impact assessments and configuration activities
Collaborate with IT and integration teams on design, development, testing and implementation
Support governance activities including release management, testing, documentation and change control
