Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks a Senior Configuration Professional to lead Workday Talent and Performance design, configuration, testing and support. You will partner with HR and IT to deliver scalable solutions aligning with enterprise standards and governance.

You will own requirements gathering, solution design, and configuration activities, while driving continuous improvement across cross-functional teams and ensuring stability of the HR technology stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, Business or related field.
• 5+ years configuring and supporting HR technology solutions.
• 3+ years hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Experience configuring Workday Talent and Performance functionality.
• Experience gathering business requirements for scalable Workday solutions.
• Experience testing (unit, SIT, UAT) and production validation with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, implement, and support scalable Workday Talent and Performance solutions.
• Partner with HR, Talent, Performance, IT and governance teams to ensure enterprise alignment.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, impact assessments, and configuration activities.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and Tier 3 support for complex issues.
