Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Configuration Professional to design, configure, test, and support scalable Workday Talent and Performance solutions that align with business objectives and enhance the associate experience.

Working with HR, Talent, Performance, Technology, and other stakeholders, you will translate requirements into sustainable solutions while ensuring governance and enterprise standards are followed across teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, Business, CS or related field.
5+ years configuring and supporting HR technology solutions, including at least 3 years Workday config.
Experience configuring Workday Talent & Performance functions (Performance Mgmt, Goals, Feedback, Talent Reviews, etc).
Experience gathering business requirements and translating into scalable Workday solutions.
Experience configuring Workday business processes, rules, notifications, security, and related components.
Experience testing (unit, SIT, UAT, production validation) with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering, solution design, impact assessments, and configuration activities.
Partner with IT and integration teams on design, development, testing, and implementation.
Support governance activities including release management, testing, and change control.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and Tier 3 support for complex HR technology issues.
Drive continuous improvement to ensure Workday supports associates, leaders, and business needs.
