Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Configuration Professional to serve as a Workday Talent & Performance expert.

You will partner with HR, Talent, Performance, Tech, and stakeholders to design, configure, test, implement, and support scalable Workday solutions aligned with business goals. The role translates requirements into sustainable configurations, leads governance and release activities, and provides Tier 3 support to ensure a stable, high-value HR tech ecosystem for Humana associates and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, business admin, CS or related field.
• 5+ years configuring and supporting HR technology, including at least 3 years hands-on Workday configuration.
• Experience configuring Workday Talent and Performance: Performance, Goals, Feedback, Talent Reviews, Succession, Skills.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable Workday solutions.
• Experience configuring and maintaining Workday business processes, condition rules, notifications, security considerations, and related framework components.
• Experience supporting testing activities (unit SIT UAT production) with cross-functional partners.

Responsabilités

• Lead requirements gathering and solution design for HR Workday.
• Translate requirements into scalable Workday Talent & Performance configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional configuration and IT teams on design, testing, and implementation.
• Support governance activities including release management, testing and change control.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and Tier 3 support to ensure stable HR technologies.
