Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks a Senior Configuration Professional to serve as a Workday Talent and Performance functional expert.

You will partner with HR, Talent, IT and stakeholders to design, configure, test, implement, and support scalable Workday solutions that enhance the associate experience. The role leads requirements gathering, design, impact assessments, and configuration activities, while collaborating with IT and integration teams on release management, testing, documentation, and optimization

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, business administration, computer science, or a related field.
5+ years configuring and supporting HR technology, including at least 3 years of hands-on Workday configuration.
Experience configuring and supporting Workday Talent and Performance functionality, including Performance Management, Goals, Feedback, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Skills.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable Workday solutions.
Experience configuring and maintaining Workday business processes, condition rules, notifications, security considerations, and related framework components.
Experience supporting testing activities (unit, SIT, UAT, production validation) with cross-functional partners to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering, solution design, impact assessments, and configuration activities.
Configure, test, and support Workday Talent and Performance functionality.
Collaborate with IT and integration teams on design, development, testing, and release management.
Provide Tier 3 support and drive continuous optimization of Workday and related HR technologies.
