Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Configuration Professional to serve as a Workday Talent and Performance functional expert.

You will partner with HR, Talent, Performance, Technology, and other stakeholders to design, configure, test, implement, and support scalable Workday solutions that enhance the associate experience. You will translate business requirements into sustainable system solutions, provide guidance on Workday capabilities, and ensure configurations align with governance and HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience configuring and supporting HR technology solutions, including at least 3 years of hands-on Workday configuration.
• Experience configuring and supporting Workday Talent and Performance functionality, including one or more of: Performance Management, Goals, Feedback, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Skills.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable Workday solutions.
• Experience configuring and maintaining Workday business processes, condition rules, notifications, security considerations, and related framework components.
• Experience supporting testing activities, including unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production validation, while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive process improvements and technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, implement, and support scalable Workday Talent and Performance solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering and translate into scalable Workday configurations.
• Own impact assessments and configuration activities across teams.
• Collaborate with IT and integration teams on design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and Tier 3 support for complex issues.
