Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks a Senior Configuration Professional to design, configure, test, and support scalable Workday Talent and Performance solutions that align with business goals and enhance the associate experience.

You will work with HR, Talent, Performance, Technology, and stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure governance and stability across the platform. This is a remote U.S. role with travel not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience configuring and supporting HR technology solutions, including at least 3 years of hands-on Workday configuration.
• Experience configuring Workday Talent and Performance functionality: Performance Management, Goals, Feedback, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Skills.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into scalable Workday solutions.
• Experience configuring Workday business processes, rules, notifications, security, and related components.
• Experience supporting testing activities (unit, SIT, UAT, production validation) with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, testing, implementation, and support of scalable Workday Talent and Performance solutions.
• Partner with HR, Talent, Performance, Technology and business to translate requirements into system designs.
• Provide guidance on Workday capabilities, governance, release management, and optimization.
