Job summary

Vantor Inc. is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst, Talent Management & Learning Systems to support configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of HR technology tied to talent management, learning, employee development, and performance management.

You will serve as a subject matter expert for Workday Talent, Learning, and Journeys, partnering with HR, People Operations, Talent Management COE, and business stakeholders to ensure lifecycle programs are supported through automation, reporting,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Workday HCM experience including Talent & Performance, Learning, and Journeys.
• Experience supporting talent management, performance management, learning management, or employee development systems.
• Experience creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and maintain Workday Talent processes including performance reviews, calibrations, and related workflows.
• Design and support talent programs, employee development initiatives, and review processes.
• Serve as primary administrator for Workday Learning functionality.
• Configure, launch, monitor learning campaigns, compliance training, onboarding, role-based training, and development initiatives.
• Administer and maintain Workday Journeys, including content, workflows, security roles, distribution rules, and lifecycle automation.
• Ensure journey content remains current and aligned with processes and lifecycle needs.
• Provide Tier 2 HRIS support for Workday inquiries and configuration challenges.
• Identify opportunities to automate HR processes and deploy AI-enabled solutions to enhance HR operations.
• Troubleshoot issues related to talent management, learning, reporting, and core HCM functionality.
