Job summary

Oklo is seeking a Senior Workday Systems Analyst to own the Workday ecosystem and serve as the functional owner for HCM. You will partner with People Operations, Payroll, Finance, IT, and leaders to translate business needs into secure, scalable Workday solutions and maintain governance across the platform.

You will manage lifecycle activities including design, configuration, testing, release management, integrations, reporting, and production support to enable Oklo’s growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of hands‑on experience configuring and supporting Workday HCM as a system administrator or functional owner in a production environment.
• Experience leading Workday releases, enhancements, testing, production deployments, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, employee data, security, privacy, and data governance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate across functional and technical teams, and communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional administrator and subject matter expert for Workday Core HCM and related modules.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize all aspects of the Workday tenant, including organizations, staffing models, business processes, security, reporting, calculated fields, validations, approvals, notifications, and other system settings.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to evaluate, prioritize, and implement Workday enhancements by translating business needs into scalable, secure, and well‑controlled solutions.
• Own and maintain Workday administrator and user documentation, configuration standards, and business processes, to ensure governance is maintained and the platform is configured and used consistently across Oklo.
• Develop and maintain the Workday roadmap by evaluating new functionality, industry best practices, and evolving business needs to continuously improve the platform while balancing innovation with long‑term scalability and maintainability.
