OREA? OURA enhances people analytics through Workday. This Senior HRIS Analyst will own Workday configuration, testing, and deployment, partnering with HR, IT, and Payroll to optimize the system for OURA’s needs.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM administration, strong security knowledge, and experience with releases/UAT. Occasional travel to Finland/US and cross-time-zone collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM administration/configuration experience.
• Able to independently configure, test, and deploy changes across tenants.
• Strong understanding of Workday security model and access auditing.
• Experience with Workday releases and coordinating UAT with stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; user-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and deploy Workday business processes end-to-end.
• Evaluate and optimize how Workday and related tools fit real workflows.
• Design self-service workflows, forms, and notifications for users.
• Maintain Workday security groups and access policies.
• Build test scripts and coordinate regression testing and UAT.
• Create reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
• Support integrations with payroll, benefits, ATS, etc.
• Document configuration and train HR team and managers.
• Collaborate with HR Ops, HRBPs, IT, and Legal for compliance.
• Adapt to evolving Workday tenant as the company grows.
