Job summary

WHOOP seeks an HRIS Systems Administrator to own Workday HCM configuration, reporting, maintenance, and optimization. Based in Boston, you will implement and go-live Workday and partner with People & Culture, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate data and efficient processes.

You will develop reports, dashboards, and data extracts while maintaining data integrity, automating workflows, and supporting post-go-live needs.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in HRIS administration, HR technology, or related systems.
• Hands-on Workday HCM administration including BP configuration, org structures, reporting, and maintenance.
• Experience supporting Workday implementation, deployment, optimization, or go-live with testing.
• Experience developing Workday custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Strong understanding of core HR processes, employee data, and lifecycle.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Commitment to embracing AI tools in day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, testing, data validation, cutover, go-live, and post-launch stabilization of Workday HCM.
• Serve as primary Workday resource post-go-live for People & Culture and business users; provide day-to-day support.
• Configure and maintain Workday business processes, org structures, job profiles, positions, and security roles.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and data extracts.
• Manage ongoing maintenance including release testing, data audits, and change-control activities.
• Partner cross-functionally to gather requirements and improve data quality and processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and optimize Workday functionality.
• Assess existing HR processes to identify simplifications and translate needs into scalable tech solutions.
