Job summary

Collibra is seeking a Senior People Technology Analyst to own day-to-day Workday HCM configuration and integrations for a global workforce. You will build automations with Workato, prototype agentic workflows, and manage security access and business processes to protect data without slowing the business.

You will also develop Workday reports, test new functionality, and deploy semi-annual releases while collaborating with stakeholders and staying connected in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday configuration and integrations experience.
• Experience with Absence Management, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation or Benefits.
• Familiarity with iPaaS/automation tools like Workato.
• Experience with a recruitment/talent system such as Greenhouse is a plus.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day configuration and integration upkeep of Workday HCM modules.
• Develop Workday reports for actionable data.
• Build and maintain automations with Workato and prototyped workflows.
• Test and deploy new Workday functionality and releases.
