Job summary

Collibra Inc. is seeking a Senior People Technology Analyst to advance our Workday ecosystem, build automations, and own security/configuration with room to grow into broader ownership.

You will join a hybrid Raleigh-based team, collaborate with People Solutions, IT, and cross-functional partners to deliver scalable processes, reports, and data-driven insights. A growth mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience required.
• Hands-on experience configuring Workday business processes and security architecture helpful.
• Experience building Workday reports or calculated fields or strong aptitude to grow quickly.
• Familiarity with iPaaS/automation tools like Workato is a plus.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (Greenhouse or similar) is a plus.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build automations and agentic workflows connecting Workday, ATS, and People systems using tools like Workato.
• Own Workday business process configuration and security group architecture with access reviews.
• Develop Workday reports and calculated fields for actionable data.
• Collaborate with People, IT, and other teams to troubleshoot configuration/data issues and deploy new functionality.
• Extend automation focus beyond HRIS to talent acquisition or onboarding where manual work slows the team.
