Job summary

Collibra is seeking a Senior People Technology Analyst in Prague to own Day‑to‑day Workday HCM configuration and integrations. You will help connect Workday with ATS and other People Tech systems, and you’ll step into meaningful ownership from day one in a hybrid, Prague-based role.

You will manage security, run reports, and deploy new Workday features, including semi-annual releases, while collaborating with stakeholders across the business and using AI tools to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday configuration and integrations for Absence Management, Time Tracking, and Benefits.
• Experience with an iPaaS/automation tool such as Workato.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (Greenhouse or similar).
• Proficiency using AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) to improve processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Workato automations connecting Workday, ATS, and People Tech systems.
• Own day-to-day configuration and integration upkeep of Workday's core HCM modules.
• Manage security access requests and business process configuration to protect data.
• Develop Workday reports providing actionable, trusted insights.
• Test and deploy new Workday functionality and semi-annual releases.
