Job summary
Collibra’s People Solutions team is expanding into a strategic function, automating Workday and related systems to boost efficiency for a global workforce. You will own Workday configuration and security, build reports, and develop agentic workflows with tools like Workato and Claude.
You will collaborate across People Operations, IT, and other teams, growing into broader scope as you gain experience. This hybrid Raleigh role supports growth beyond core HRIS tasks.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience configuring Workday business processes.
- Experience building Workday reports or calculated fields or strong aptitude to grow.
- Experience with iPaaS/automation tools such as Workato is a plus.
- Experience with an applicant tracking system is a plus.
- Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools to solve business challenges and streamline workflows.
Responsibilities
- Build automations and agentic workflows connecting Workday, ATS, and other People Tech systems.
- Own Workday business process configuration and security group architecture.
- Develop Workday reports and calculated fields for actionable data.
- Collaborate with People, Places, IT, and other teams to troubleshoot configuration and data issues.
- Extend automation to People Operations processes like talent acquisition or onboarding.
