Job summary

CARTI is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to configure and maintain the Workday platform across HCM, Payroll, Financials, and Planning. You will partner with HR, Finance, and IT to translate business needs into effective Workday configurations and reports.

You will support upgrades, testing, and integrations while ensuring data accuracy, provide end-user training, and create documentation to support best practices within CARTI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Workday Pro Certification in HCM, Payroll, or Financial Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configures, maintains, and supports Workday across HCM, Payroll, Financials, and Financial Planning modules.
• Partners with HR, Finance, and IT to gather requirements and translate into configurations.
• Analyzes business processes to optimize efficiency and data accuracy in Workday.
• Supports system upgrades, testing, and integrations with minimal disruption to users.
