Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, HRIS analyst, or similar, supporting enterprise systems.
• 3+ years hands-on with Workday HCM and related modules.
• Background supporting Workday testing, from planning through defect tracking and UAT.
• Experience working across HR and IT teams in a large, multi-function environment.
• Workday certification or formal training (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Act as the go-between for business stakeholders and technical teams on Workday initiatives.
• Run requirements-gathering sessions and workshops across HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent.
• Turn business needs into clear specs, user stories, and process documentation.
• Review current processes, spot gaps, and recommend better ways of doing things.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, and regression testing.
• Guide testing cycles, from planning through UAT and defect resolution.
• Keep documentation current, including requirements and test scripts.
