Job summary

FTI Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Workday Reporting & Analytics to drive advanced HR reporting across HR and Finance COEs. You will translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions, build dashboards, and ensure data accuracy and security for leadership audiences.

You will mentor analysts, partner with HR Tech on integrations and analytics initiatives, and contribute to AI-enabled reporting capabilities. A strong Workday background and proactive collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, Business, Data Analytics or related field.
7+ years in HRIS, HR reporting, or HR data analytics with 5+ years in Workday reporting.
Strong proficiency with Workday reporting tools (Advanced/Matrix/Composite, Calculated Fields).
Workday Pro certification in Reporting is preferred.
Experience with report-based integrations (RaaS) and integration reporting.
Clear understanding of HR data models, processes and security architecture.

Responsibilities

Lead Workday report development, integration reporting, and analytics delivery across COEs.
Design dashboards and self‑service analytics for HR leadership and COEs.
Own end‑to‑end reporting projects from requirements through deployment and documentation.
Collaborate with HR Technologies team on data flows, security, and platform enhancements.
Mentor junior analysts and help establish reporting standards and governance.
