Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced working knowledge of HRIS, Talent Management, ATS, or recruiting systems.
• Workday Recruiting configuration, administration, testing and support.
• Experience supporting requisition management, candidate lifecycle processes, interview workflows, offer management, and recruiting operations.
• Ability to capture and document recruiting business requirements and potential technology solutions.
• Experience with Workday reporting, dashboards, calculated fields, and recruiting-related analytics.

Responsibilities

• Special Projects related to researching, specifying, developing, testing, and implementing enhancements to Workday Recruiting and related processes.
• Solution assessment, development and validation of recruiting tech aligned with Workday ecosystem with IT collaboration.
• Gather requirements from Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, HR, and business stakeholders; document workflows and integrations.
• Analyze and prioritize requirements; validate solutions against objectives and Workday Recruiting best practices.
• Monitor Workday Recruiting integrations, automations, job board interfaces, data feeds, and third-party connections; manage issues.
