Qualifications
- Advanced working knowledge of HRIS, Talent Management, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or Recruiting Systems.
- Ability to capture and document recruiting business requirements and potential technology solutions.
- Experience with Workday reporting, dashboards, calculated fields, and recruiting-related analytics preferred.
Responsibilities
- Special Projects (20%) – research, specify, develop, test, and implement Workday Recruiting enhancements.
- Solution Assessment, Development & Validation (25%) – research technologies, define requirements, and develop solutions for recruiting operations and integrations.
- Gather Requirements (15%) – collect and validate requirements for Workday Recruiting configuration and workflows.
- Analyze Requirements (10%) – prioritize requirements and document processes and reporting needs.
- System/Integration Monitoring & Troubleshooting (20%) – monitor integrations, data feeds, and issue remediation.
- Training & Leadership (10%) – coach and train Talent Technology staff on Workday Recruiting and best practices.
