Guidehouse is seeking a Workday Recruiting/Learning/Talent Optimization Senior Consultant to deliver Workday solutions from initial assessments through full transformations. The role focuses on optimizing clients' Workday environments and delivering value across recruiting, learning, and talent optimization.

The candidate will manage the Optimization program for the Workday Practice, lead design and development of client solutions, and support production and deployment activities across

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in Workday HCM or ERPs in Recruiting/Learning/Talent capacity (post-production preferred).
Master’s degree with 1+ year in Workday HCM or ERPs in Recruiting/Learning/Talent capacity (post-production preferred).
Up to 25% travel with work-from-home and office options; on-site at milestones as needed.
