Job summary

Forvis Mazars US is seeking a Senior Workday Product Manager to serve as strategic liaison and business technology advisor for the Workday ecosystem across Finance, HR, and shared services.

You will partner with business and technology leaders to drive capability roadmaps, governance, value realization, and change management while guiding investments in Extend, integrations, automation, analytics, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years supporting enterprise applications, business transformation or product management.
• 3+ years working directly with Workday or comparable enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic liaison between business stakeholders and the Workday ecosystem across Finance, HR, Professional Services Operations, and enterprise shared-services functions.
• Develop and maintain capability roadmaps that align business priorities with Workday investments and platform strategy.
• Develop and maintain a strategic vision for Workday AI, automation, and emerging platform capabilities.
