Forvis Mazars seeks a Senior Workday Product Manager to act as the strategic liaison between business stakeholders and the Workday ecosystem across Finance, HR, and shared services. You will own capability roadmaps and partner with engineering, vendors, and operations to translate needs into prioritized Workday initiatives.

You will drive readiness, adoption, and governance while measuring value realization and guiding investment decisions for Workday Extend, integrations, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years supporting enterprise applications, business transformation or product management.
• 3+ years working directly with Workday or comparable enterprise SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic liaison between business stakeholders and the Workday ecosystem across Finance, HR, and operations.
• Develop and maintain capability roadmaps that align business priorities with Workday investments.
• Lead governance forums and stakeholder councils to align platform priorities and value realization.
• Champion readiness, adoption, and change management for Workday enhancements and releases.
• Monitor outcomes and drive continuous improvements across the Workday portfolio.
