Qualifications

• Five or more years of product management experience, including significant Workday HCM.
• Experience owning product strategy across complex or multi-product environments.
• Ability to drive measurable business outcomes and align with KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze and interpret business data to meet business needs and improve employee experience.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across business lines, technology and experience teams to define and drive product strategy.
• Own and drive product OKRs across Workday HCM processes and broader product landscape.
• Define and evolve Workday HCM product strategy and ensure successful execution of the roadmap.
• Prioritize employee and manager experience while collaborating with analytics, risk and other teams.
