Job summary

Forvis Mazars, LLP is seeking a Senior Workday Product Manager to act as the strategic liaison and advisor for our Workday ecosystem across Finance, HR, and shared services. You will guide capability planning, roadmaps, and value realization, collaborating with engineering, vendors, and business leaders to translate needs into prioritized Workday initiatives.

You will champion change management, governance, and analytics initiatives while aligning investments with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field.
• A minimum of 7+ years supporting enterprise applications, business transformation or product management.
• At least 3+ years working directly with Workday or comparable enterprise SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic liaison between business stakeholders and the Workday ecosystem across Finance, HR, and operations.
• Develop and maintain capability roadmaps aligned with Workday investments.
• Champion readiness, adoption, and change management for Workday enhancements and releases.
• Lead governance forums and stakeholder councils to align priorities and value realization.
• Monitor outcomes and advise on platform capabilities, investments, and roadmap direction.
