U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive Workday HCM product strategy and execution across multi‑product environments, aligning cross‑functional teams to deliver on business goals.

You will own product OKRs, collaborate with analytics, risk, and configuration teams, and prioritize work to improve employee and manager experience. This role requires three+ days in the office at U.S. Bank hub locations.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in product management, with significant Workday HCM exposure.
• Experience owning product strategy and delivering outcomes across complex product areas.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze and interpret business data to meet business needs focusing on employee and manager experience.
• Gather cross-functional alignment to define and drive product strategy per mission and guiding principles.
• Own and drive OKRs for Workday HCM processes and broader product experience.
• Define and evolve Workday HCM product strategy and drive execution along the roadmap.
• Prioritize and collaborate with configuration, analytics, risk and other teams under agile methodology.
