Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Workday experience is required.
• Minimum five years of experience in ERP, product management, or related fields.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, technical resources, and third‑party vendors.

Responsibilities

• Leads the vision, roadmap, and delivery of Workday Financials, Adaptive, and Supply Chain product capabilities.
• Translates requirements into a governed product roadmap aligned with priorities.
• Partner with a peer PM to ensure cross-functional alignment and continuity of support.
• Facilitates intake, prioritization, and approval processes to align with governance standards.
