Job summary

Confidential Jobs is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst, Workday Product Owner, to own the Workday platform end-to-end. You will govern configuration, data quality, security, reporting, and integrations while partnering with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and IT to meet business needs.

You will lead Workday releases, assess impact, and translate business requirements into scalable solutions that improve processes and employee experience. This is a remote, US-based role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, IS, business, or related field.
• 5+ years HRIS experience with hands‑on Workday HCM administration, configuration, reporting, security, and business processes.
• Understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR data management.

Responsibilities

• Act as Workday Product Owner, leading governance, roadmap planning, and prioritization of enhancements.
• Configure and maintain Workday HCM, security, reporting, integrations, and OCM impacts.
• Develop Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics for operational and compliance needs.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and coordinate Workday integrations with payroll, benefits, and other systems.
• Lead data quality, governance, testing, and release management for Workday changes.
