This role requires hands‑on expertise across Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Extend, and Prism Analytics, plus a track record of shipping AI-powered automations that reduce manual work and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday integration experience across Core Connectors, EIB, and Studio.
• 3+ years payroll and benefits integrations including PECI and third‑party links.
• 2+ years developing custom Workday Extend apps and UI components.
• 2+ years building Workday Prism pipelines for data workflows.
• Proven ability to integrate AI-powered features reducing manual work.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations across various types.
• Own integration lifecycle from requirements to production support.
• Architect custom applications using Workday Extend.
• Build and maintain Prism Analytics pipelines for data transformation.
• Develop AI-powered automations to accelerate People Ops delivery.
• Develop MCP servers exposing workday data securely to AI agents.
• Create Workday reports and calculated fields for complex logic.
• Mentor engineers and drive best practices in integration.
• Document designs, mappings, and runbooks; manage Jira work items.
