Guild is seeking a Senior Manager, People Tech to own the configuration, administration, and ongoing operation of Workday and related People Systems across a national footprint. You will partner with stakeholders to define requirements, implement scalable configurations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

You will lead a small team, ensure data integrity and security, participate in audits, and stay current on system updates to deliver reliable, high-impact solutions for our people

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise business systems.
• Experience leading improvement projects with measurable gains in efficiency or service quality.
• Strong ability to translate requirements into scalable system configurations.

Responsabilités

• Own Workday configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation.
• Design, configure, maintain system functionality, diagnose issues, and deliver enhancements.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality through testing.
• Identify and implement process and automation improvements; stay current on updates.
