Job summary
Guild is seeking a Senior Manager, People Tech to own configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related systems. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver scalable solutions, and ensure quality across the functional area.

Qualifications
- 5-7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise business systems within a functional area.
- Proven track record of leading improvement projects with measurable results in operational efficiency or service quality.
- Strong understanding of business processes, able to translate requirements into scalable system configurations.
- Experience leading and developing a small team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Knowledge of SOC II compliance and experience supporting internal and external audits with access and change controls.
- Knowledge of Agile or other iterative project management methodologies.
