Lambda is seeking a Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Lead to own end-to-end configuration for US and international payroll. You will partner with People, Finance, and Payroll Ops to ensure accurate calculations, compliance, and data integrity across global payroll providers.

This hands-on role requires deep Workday expertise and a drive for process excellence. You will implement design decisions, test configurations, and guide integrations while staying current with Workday releases

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HRIS or payroll systems.
• 6+ years configuring Workday Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence.
• Workday certification preferred.
• Experience with international payroll integrations.
• Strong SOX/audit and controls experience.

Responsabilités

• Serve as functional lead for Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence in Workday implementation.
• Configure US & Canada payroll, tax, and deductions, plus year-end processing.
• Design and operate international payroll integrations and reconciliation.
• Configure Time Tracking for hourly and non-exempt staff.
• Build and maintain Absence plans and leave policies.
• Own payroll-adjacent integrations and data validation.
• Collaborate with Payroll Ops, Accounting, and HR across cycles.
• Design SOX-compliant processes and security for payroll.
• Stay current with Workday releases and perform regression testing.
• Create documentation and enablement materials for users.
