Job summary

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is building the world’s best AI cloud and seeks a Workday Payroll, Time Tracking & Absence Lead. You will own end-to-end configuration, from design through go-live, in a hybrid environment with in-office work 4 days per week in San Francisco or San Jose, and a Tuesday WFH day.

You will lead payroll configuration for US employees, coordinate with global payroll providers, and ensure accurate time tracking and compliance across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules in a global implementation.
• Configure US Payroll for Canada employees: tax, garnishments, and payroll accounting.
• Design and operate interfaces between Workday and international payroll providers.
• Configure Time Tracking for hourly and non-exempt staff with accurate time calculations and compliance.
