Job summary

Columbus Technologies and Services seeks a Sr. Enterprise Analyst to support Payroll and Time & Absence within Workday. You will optimize payroll processes, ensure compliant operations, and drive continuous improvement across related modules.

Ideal candidates collaborate with Payroll, HR Operations, Benefits, Finance, and IT, lead system integrations, and manage data migrations while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely delivery of payroll initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible related work experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Workday HRIS modules (Payroll, Absence, HCM).
• Strong experience in Workday Payroll and Time & Absence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Payroll and HR teams to align technology solutions with business and compliance requirements.
• Gather and document payroll requirements and process improvements; conduct gap analyses.
