Columbus Technologies is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Applications Analyst (Workday, PAAT) in Thousand Oaks, CA. This hybrid, full-time role focuses on Payroll and Time & Absence management within Workday, ensuring accurate, compliant payroll operations and continuous process improvement.

The ideal candidate will leverage extensive Workday expertise to partner with Payroll, HR Operations, Benefits, Finance, and IT, driving scalable IT solutions and successful mergers and acquisitions integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, CS or related field.
• 8 years of progressively responsible Workday-related experience.
• Deep knowledge of Workday Payroll, Absence, HCM modules.
• Hands-on payroll configuration, processing, and reporting.
• Experience with integrations and data migration.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Payroll and Time & Absence Management in Workday.
• Manage payroll processes and ensure compliant operations.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR Operations, Benefits, Finance, and IT teams.
• Lead payroll system integration efforts for mergers and acquisitions.
• Configure and maintain payroll processes, earnings, deductions, taxes, and compliance rules.
• Oversee system implementations, upgrades, and testing cycles.
