Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science and 3–5 years of relevant experience required.

• Experience supporting two or more Workday modules, preferably in a higher education environment.
• Strong understanding of U.S. payroll and tax regulations.
• Ability to translate requirements into system configurations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional co-lead for Workday Payroll module end-to-end configuration.
• Provide backup functional support for Workday Time Tracking.
• Collaborate with Payroll Office and stakeholders to identify process improvements.
• Design and maintain payroll reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Lead functional testing for payroll enhancements and regulatory updates.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll rules.
