Job summary

Penn State University’s IT HR Technology Solutions and Analytics office is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to lead and support Core HR Workday configurations, integrations, and reporting. The role partners with HR and university stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable HR technology solutions.

You will provide technical and functional guidance, assist with system enhancements, deployments, and production support while ensuring reliability and alignment with Penn State’s business

Qualifications

• Experience in HR technology, HRIS administration, and Workday.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable HR solutions.
• Familiarity with large, complex higher education environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior functional and technical resource for Core HR Workday.
• Design, configure, maintain, optimize, and operate Penn State's HRIS.
