Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks a Senior ERP Application Analyst, Payroll to optimize and support the Workday ERP payroll module. You will partner with IT, Payroll, HR and vendors to design scalable, compliant solutions and lead continuous improvements.

With 7+ years in ERP and 5+ years in Workday Payroll, you will drive configurations, integrations, and reporting while mentoring junior staff and steering roadmap initiatives in a remote/hybrid healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• 7+ years’ experience with ERP systems, 5+ specializing in Workday Payroll.
• Experience with Workday Grants and integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for Workday Payroll, leading maintenance, configuration and optimization.
• Configure payroll processes, earnings, deductions, and security roles with cross-functional partners.
• Lead payroll reporting, validations, and integrations for payroll processing.
• Deliver end-to-end ERP improvement initiatives, with automation and AI where applicable.
