Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks a Senior ERP Application Analyst, Payroll to optimize Workday payroll and serve as the payroll SME. You will partner with IT, Payroll, HR, and vendors to maintain scalable solutions and drive value.

This role leads configuration, integrations, testing, and continuous improvement with automation and AI, mentors junior staff, and helps shape the ERP roadmap while upholding controls and audit standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Business Admin, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years’ experience with ERP systems, 5+ specializing in Workday Payroll.
• 2+ years’ experience with Workday integrations, security and custom reporting.
• Workday Certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a SME for Workday Payroll and lead payroll configuration and optimization.
• Lead payroll processing configurations, earnings, deductions, pay groups, and security roles.
• Serve as liaison between IT and payroll partners; manage priorities and initiatives.
• Participate in ERP projects representing Workday payroll capabilities and requirements.
• Drive end-to-end ERP continuous improvement using automation, AI, and intelligent workflows.
• Provide Tier 2/3 production support for Workday payroll configurations and integrations.
• Support Workday bi-annual releases and training for users.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices within the team.
