Zusammenfassung

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Senior ERP Application Analyst, Grants to optimize and support the Workday ERP platform with a primary focus on grants. You will partner with Research teams to align Workday grants, budgets, and reporting with organizational objectives, ensuring accurate payroll costing allocations and compliant grant management.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Workday Certifications are a plus.
7+ years’ experience with ERP systems, 5+ specializing in Workday Grants, Finance and Payroll.
Deep understanding of grant administration lifecycle within Workday, including pre‑award and post‑award processes.

Aufgaben

Act as a strategic partner for Research & Research Financial teams to align Workday grants to enterprise objectives.
Optimize processes, reporting, and system functionality to comply with research policies and regulatory standards.
Design, configure, and optimize Workday Grants components (grants, sponsors, awards, budgets, billing, invoicing, payroll costing allocations and reports).
Lead end‑to‑end ERP initiatives from requirements through deployment and training.
Support Workday bi‑annual releases and mentor junior analysts.
